I’ve been focused on customer research and the product design space for over 20 years. Shadowing, interviewing, surveying, and testing concepts as people guided me through the frustrations of a space.

Being responsible for an experience should require a set of skills that go beyond the next big prototyping tool.  Passion to uncover and understand needs in any space and the desire to compete are what drive me as designer.  I have an innovative mindset that is the backbone of my work ethic.  Products, experiences, journeys and workflows can always be better when the desire to win for someone else is the motivator.

I’ve built my knowledge and experience in the people and product space, across multiple industries for over 20 years.  Through research, interviews, surveys and shadowing users, customers and teams as they reveal the good and the bad points of an experience.
